I am beyond impressed with Precision Body Shop! From day one, Omar was incredibly attentive, and the entire process was clear, straightforward, and stress-free. Insurance claims are never fun, and this was my first time dealing with one, but everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. The same day I dropped off my car, I was given an estimated completion date, and the rental car company picked me up shortly afterward. I was shocked by how efficient everything was! I was out of the shop in less than an hour. To top it off, my car was finished even earlier than the expected date! The quality of the service and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you so much to Omar and the entire crew at Precision Body Shop for making everything so easy. I highly recommend them! Looks like nothing ever happened to my car haha 💚

Precision Paint & Body Shop exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Omar was an absolute standout: friendly, resourceful, and proactive. Even though the insurance company was paying directly, he never left me in the dark, sending regular updates throughout the entire repair process. Dealing with an insurance claim is stressful enough on its own, but Omar and his team took that weight off my shoulders completely and made the whole experience feel effortless. The work speaks for itself, and so does the customer care. I can't recommend them highly enough. if you want a shop that treats you like a person and not just a ticket number, this is it.

I recently took my mother-in-law’s 2012 Cadillac SRX to Precision Body Shop. She was gifting the car to our son for his 21st birthday, but unfortunately, it had significant damage, - the hatchback was dented from a garage door accident, the rear bumper was crashed in, and the front bumper had multiple dents as well. From the moment I walked into the shop, Danny and Tony were absolutely incredible. They understood this was a special surprise for our son and went above and beyond to help me coordinate everything with our family’s busy schedules. Time was critical, and they worked quickly to locate and replace the hatchback door while keeping me updated every step of the way. Danny was always courteous and communicative whenever I called for updates, and Tony was extremely helpful and fair with pricing, understanding how much this meant to us. On top of the repairs, they gave the car a thorough wash and detail so it would look perfect for the big surprise. When we picked up the car, it looked brand new; the transformation was amazing. We are so thankful for their outstanding work, excellent communication, and top-notch customer service. I highly recommend Precision Body Shop to any
